Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy
At Eye Level Eco Grandeur, we strive to ensure a smooth experience for parents and students. Please review our refund and recess policies carefully before enrolling.
1. Payments and Fees
Monthly fees must be paid in advance.
A one-month advance payment is required upon registration.
No refunds will be provided for advance payments.
2. Recess Policy
2.1 Recess Period
Parents may request up to 3 consecutive months of recess.
Requests must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp).
Class slots will not be reserved during the recess period and must be rebooked upon return.
2.2 Extended Recess
If recess exceeds 3 months:
The advance fee will be forfeited.
The student must re-register as a new enrollee.
3. After Recess Options
3.1 Class Continuation
Upon returning, students must rebook their class time slot.
3.2 Alternative Placement
A one-month alternative course placement is available if parents decide not to continue after recess.
This option must be used within 6 months from the recess start date.
4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not provide refunds for:
Advance monthly payments.
Missed classes.
Voluntary withdrawals from classes.
Recess periods (up to or beyond 3 months).
5. Recess and Placement Requests
To request recess or alternative placement, please submit:
Student's full name.
Current course details.
Desired recess period or alternative placement.
Send your request via email or WhatsApp. Requests will be reviewed within 5 working days.
